These individuals come from diverse backgrounds but are united by their commitment to promoting Healing Touch as an evidence-based energy therapy. Their unwavering enthusiasm and selfless contributions are the backbone of our efforts, enabling us to foster a supportive and nurturing community. Together, we aim to make Healing Touch accessible to people everywhere, helping them achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.

Joined the Board: November 2024
Corinna Kromer, whose rich Mediterranean heritage has deeply influenced her holistic approach, is a Wellness & Post Traumatic Growth Coach and Energy Medicine Professional with over 20 years of experience. She is also a certified NLP and Hypnosis practitioner, and the creator of the ETC-Lucid Hypnosis system, which effectively addresses chronic pain and trauma, fostering a vibrant life.
Drawing from Mediterranean principles of balance and wellness, Corinna empowers and leads women to reclaim their health, joy, and upscale their leadership through her "Awaken to Your True Potential" 12-week program.
Corinna is honored to have dedicated nearly a decade to serving our Veterans through the Healing Warriors Program. Her commitment further extends to actively participating on the Board of Directors, striving to find the best support and solutions to address the critical issue of suicide ideation. Through Healing Touch treatments, she focuses on alleviating PTSD, anxiety, sleep disorders, and chronic pain, providing holistic care to those in need.
With her extensive background and multi-disciplinary training, Corinna champions self-care, wellness, and inner joy, promoting healing and deeper connections within the community.

RaNae is committed to supporting individuals on their path to optimal health and well-being through compassionate care and holistic therapies. Her mission is to promote and expand evidence-based Healing-Touch practices, both locally and globally. RaNae feels blessed to have a wonderful family and friends on this journey. As a healthcare executive, a teacher, a passionate volunteer, and a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice, she embraces each role with gratitude and purpose.
RaNae started her Healing Touch Practitioner Certification journey in 2023 and looks forward to completing her Level 5 training in May of 2025.

Barbara Cox, CPA, Level 3 Student

Barbara Cox earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Franciscan University of Steubenville in Steubenville, OH. She has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maine for more than 40 years. She has been employed in both private and public accounting as well as municipal government and volunteered as a firefighter for 18 years. She discovered that establishing a self-employed tax practice provided her with the flexibility to meet the needs of her family. Raised as a Navy “brat” who became a Navy wife, she has traveled and lived in many places throughout our country and the world before settling in Maine upon her husband’s retirement from the Navy.
Barbara began her Healing Touch journey looking for ways to help both her husband and another Vietnam era veteran who struggle with tremors which don’t respond to medication. Mating her linear and mathematical brain with the esoteric qualities of Healing Touch has presented her with a challenge. To date, she has completed work for Levels 1 – 3.
Barbara joined the HTWF board in June 2022, becoming its treasurer in November, 2022.

Ellen began exploring and practicing Energy and Holistic Healing over 15 years ago. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Ellen embraces the concept that everything is connected through the flow of energy. Over the years, Ellen has volunteered with hospice and cancer organizations.
She enjoys traveling, hiking, birdwatching and being in nature.
Ellen intends to apply her experience as a Qualified Mentor, Process Safety Instructor, and HTWF board member to support raising awareness and expanding the science of Healing Touch worldwide.

Jan embarked on her Healing Touch journey in 2023, participating in healing sessions. Her awakening led her to enroll in Level 1 in January 2024, as she strives to achieve certification.
She has volunteered to contribute as a board member of HTWF. Jan is passionate about generating innovative ideas for the future of the Foundation and raising awareness of Healing Touch and the Foundation globally.
Jan has retired from teaching at online colleges and managing her own businesses. Throughout her career, she has also served on multiple boards.
Jan joined the HTWF board in August 2024.

Dee (Diane) Murphy, DHA, MS Ed, BSN, HNB-BC, HTCP

Dee (Diane) Murphy is a compassionate leader and innovator with a lifelong passion for helping people heal, grow, and thrive. As the Founder and CEO of BioSynchrony, she has spent over two decades developing programs in remote healing, intuitive wellness, and consciousness-based practices, while also teaching and mentoring others in these transformative approaches. Her work reflects a deep commitment to empowering individuals—especially women veterans—to reconnect with their inner strength and live with greater balance and purpose.
Alongside her work in energy healing, Dee has an extensive background in healthcare leadership. She has served in executive roles including Vice President at University of Maryland Shore Regional Health and Chief Quality Officer for Community Health Systems, where she led program development, patient advocacy initiatives, and high-reliability organizational strategies. Her career also includes regulatory and accreditation leadership with Lovelace Health System and service as a Certified Surveyor for The Joint Commission, bringing a strong foundation of quality, safety, and systems thinking to everything she does.
With a unique blend of clinical expertise, executive leadership, and intuitive insight, Dee is deeply committed to supporting the growth and mission of HTWF. She brings both heart and strategy to her work, with a vision of expanding Healing Touch and energy medicine to reach more individuals and communities in meaningful and lasting ways.

Robin Phelps, MH, HTA AP2 Practitioner, HTP, CA

Since 1992, Robin has specialized in initiating a proactive view towards health and wellness that creates an enhanced lifestyle - one that promotes balance and the essential maintenance of whole body health. Robin believes in healing from the source of the issue, allowing the body to both heal and create the building blocks necessary to prevent future health issues before they arise.
A lifelong lover of animals and energy work, Robin began her official HTP journey in 2001. She brings her passion for wellness to her own international private practice, Absolute Wellness, and to the Healing Touch for Animals® program. Working with both animals and people, Robin uses a wide variety of tools to assess and facilitate healing for her client's individual needs. In addition to her extensive experience with Healing Touch for Animals and Healing Touch for People, she is certified in Aromatherapy, Herbology, Acupressure, Animal Communication, Crystology and offers Energetic Space Clearing.
Robin recognizes the importance and efficacy of this work. She strives to help as many people and animals as possible. In alignment with the vision of Healing Touch Worldwide Foundation, Robin is eager to expand awareness and accessibility of Healing Touch Program and Healing Touch for Animals around the world to enhance the lives of people and animals globally.

Dee (Diane) Murphy is a healthcare executive, Healing Touch Certified Practitioner, and Founder & CEO of BioSynchrony. She brings decades of experience in healthcare leadership, quality improvement, and energy healing, combined with a deep passion for empowering individuals through holistic wellness and consciousness-based practices.
Throughout her career, Dee has held executive leadership positions with major healthcare organizations, including University of Maryland Shore Regional Health and Community Health Systems, where she championed patient advocacy, quality, and organizational excellence.
As the Healing Touch Worldwide Foundation's Fundraising Team Lead, Dee is dedicated to expanding philanthropic support that makes Healing Touch education, scholarships, and outreach possible. Her blend of strategic leadership, compassionate service, and visionary thinking helps advance the Foundation's mission to bring healing to more individuals and communities around the world.

Grants Chair
Norman Morrow, BS, PhD
Joined the Board: 2010
Norman has been responsible for the day-to-day management of HTWF’s financial affairs since 2001. In 2019, he became President of the Foundation and is currently serving in that capacity.
Norman is retired from ExxonMobil Corporation, but continues to provide consulting services on air pollution regulations and compliance for the petroleum and chemical industries though his own company – Fresh Air Consulting. The balance of his time is spent fishing, traveling and visiting with his and Bonnie’s children and grandchildren.
As HTWF expands to provide broader and more extensive services to the Healing Touch Community, Norman is striving bring in new blood and new ideas.

Scholarships Chair
Karen B. Chin, RN, MS, HTCP/I
Karen began on the board in 2009 as the secretary. She was involved with the update of the Bylaws and the ongoing development of policies and procedures. Karen had the privilege of serving as President from 2012 – 2016.
Karen’s background is varied, having been an operating room nurse both in civilian and military capacities. She served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve for 25 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Having just moved from Texas to New Hampshire, Karen teaches RN nursing students on a part time basis, and looks forward to setting up Level 1 Healing Touch classes in her area. She also enjoys being a HT mentor. Her interests include karate, in which she holds a 2nd degree black belt, as well as learning piano. Her growing HT business is called Touch of the Phoenix.
Karen’s vision for the HTWF is that we do our utmost to indeed spread Healing Touch worldwide.
