We have an incredible guide and ally available to us at all times, which is Mother Nature. In our fast passed modern world, itโs easy to get swept off track or off balance from our center, by focusing on external energies rather than our internal compass. Sometimes we know something isn't working in our lives. It may even show up as illness, forcing us to pause, reflect, and make a change. Many times, however, even when things aren't working, we don't know what we truly want or where to guide our vision.
Nature as our ally can guide us back to balance. Through her rhythms and cycles, she mirrors the different seasons of our own lives and teaches us how to nurture those cycles within ourselves. How we care for our mind, body, and spirit influences the way we see possibilities and our capacity to live a creative, fulfilling life.
As an artist, I find that tuning inโand at times simplifyingโhelps me become more aware of what is guiding me and who is steering my ship. This awareness is an important part of personal growth and self-discovery.
Learning to tend to our bodies is life-changing, and throughout that journey, nature is always by our side.
