Dr. Ellen Mosti traces her remarkable journey — from Assistant Director of Pharmacy at WVU Hospitals, to Director of Drug Information at Allegheny General, to Health Science Liaison for Merck — and the moment everything changed.
Drawing on nearly two decades of integrative healing practice, Dr. Ellen shares what she learned about the body's intelligence that no clinical textbook ever taught her: the Hawaiian concept of Mana describes a living life-force energy, energy responds to intention, and the ancient Hawaiians mapped the human energy field long before modern science had words for it. As a Reiki Master, NET practitioner, and fully initiated Ho'omanaloa energy practitioner, she brings both rigor and reverence to this conversation.

Rev. Dr. Ellen L. Mosti, bridges the worlds of clinical science, energy medicine, and ancient wisdom in a way that is both grounding and deeply transformational. A Doctor of Pharmacy graduate of Duquesne University (1987), Dr. Ellen built a distinguished 20-year career in traditional healthcare — serving as Assistant Director of Pharmacy at WVU Hospitals, Director of Drug Information at Allegheny General Hospital, and Health Science Liaison for Merck Pharmaceuticals — before answering a deeper calling to whole-person healing.
A personal journey through burnout and trauma revealed a profound truth: healing requires far more than a prescription. She earned her Doctorate in Theology in Spirituality and Health from Holos University (2014) and was ordained first through the International Science of Mind Church (2006) and later through All Faiths Church (2014) — a spiritual lineage honoring all paths to the divine. A true lifelong learner, she most recently completed master certifications in NLP, Quantum Release, and Mind Matrix Coaching through Genius Unlocked in 2025.
Dr. Ellen's integrative healing toolkit has been building since 2006. She is a Reiki Master, certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) practitioner, Seashell Healing Shaman, Body Harmonization practitioner, and Inner Counselor. She is also a fully initiated practitioner of Ho'omanaloa — the ancient Hawaiian system of 36 sacred symbols discovered in a 19th-century Kahuna manuscript and transmitted only through proper lineage initiation. Trained by Jenn Beninger of Genius Unlocked, she carries this work with deep reverence, recognizing that Mana — like the Human Energy Field Healing Touch practitioners know so intimately — is living, responsive, and profoundly feminine in its nature.
